All products under the DDS-CAD umbrella support the Open BIM design process.

DDScad BIM solutions help deliver high-quality MEP projects on time and within budget. This standalone solution has been developed for over four decades, and is both modular and scalable. It allows users to adopt existing floor plans or BIM designs and plan MEP projects efficiently with automatic functions and clash detection. The software calculates MEP systems based on integrated component information and complies with international standards and regulations.

Graphisoft DDScad offers visualization options for presenting designs, enabling easy collaboration in BIM projects. It allows users to create, print, and plot reports, plans, and parts lists from the design, and transfer parts lists to calculation software. It includes specialized tools for designing, calculating, visualizing, and documenting complete electrical building systems (DDScad Electrical), sanitary and heating systems (DDScad Sanitary & Heating), and ventilation and air conditioning systems (DDScad Ventilation).
