    Tagpacker is totally free, and provides a cleaner interface than Diigo for presenting bookmarks. I like it because it automatically grabs an image found in the page we bookmark, and when it fails, we can provide a link toward an image. There's also a feature that suggest tags, and autocomplete tags.

    As a librarian and former cataloguer, I have to say that it's the best available free tool of all listed here. Container Tags (called feature) is an interesting mix of hierarchical classification and facet classification. Even if hard core user might wish it allows for more classification, it's certainly seems capable enough, and a far more preferable alternative than to create your own SQL database.
