Container Tags (called feature) is an interesting mix of hierarchical classification and facet classification. Tagpacker is totally free, and provides a cleaner interface than Diigo for presenting bookmarks. I like it because it automatically grabs an image found in the page we bookmark, and when it fails, we can provide a link toward an image. There's also a feature that suggest tags, and autocomplete tags.
