Dioveo turns years of Gmail attachments into one searchable, organized library.

It indexes your mailbox history so you can find any attachment you have ever received by sender, date, file type, or keyword. Select hundreds of files and download them as a single zip, organized into folders by sender and year. The Library automatically sorts invoices, receipts, contracts, CVs, and photos into folders you control, and a Hide logos toggle keeps signature images out of the results.

For ongoing use, connect Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive and sync any folder continuously, or set workflows that save new attachments to the right cloud folder as they arrive. An AI spreadsheet workflow reads the invoices in your inbox and writes supplier, dates, and totals into a Google Sheets spreadsheet, one row per invoice.

Privacy: sign in with Google, no password shared. Google CASA Tier 2 verified and hosted in the EU. Dioveo keeps only a light index (sender, subject, file name); your emails and files stay in your Gmail account. Prepared downloads are encrypted and delete themselves after 7 days, and you can revoke access or delete your account and its data at any time.
