What is Dure?

Dure is a macOS workspace for terminal-based AI coding agents, developed by Hebbian AI. It brings agent conversations, project folders and code changes into one desktop app, using installed CLIs such as Claude Code and Codex with the user's own provider accounts.

Each independent task can start in a dedicated Git worktree and branch. Spaces and movable panes let users arrange agents from different projects in one view. Splitting a pane changes the layout; creating a worktree is a separate choice.

The built-in diff view shows local changes, including new and uncommitted files. Users can add line comments and send feedback to the agent before combining changes through their normal Git workflow. Dure also supports working with remote projects over SSH.

The current public beta is available for Macs with Apple Silicon. It provides the Basic experience; Pro is not available. Provider subscriptions and model usage are separate. Worktrees separate working directories and branches, but do not provide a security sandbox or guarantee conflict-free merges.
