It combines four things that usually live in separate tools : a trading journal (automatic MT5 sync, CSV import, chart screenshots, custom method fields), institutional-grade statistics (expectancy, edge decomposition by setup, session and instrument, risk discipline), a guided daily ritual (morning prep, trade reviews, evening reflection), and macro context (economic calendar, market regime dashboard, weekly research).
The design principle is honesty : the journal is structured so you cannot hide from your own data. About five minutes a day.
