What is EdgeStacker?

EdgeStacker is a web-based research tool for discretionary and systematic stock traders that removes the coding step from strategy testing. You describe a setup the way you'd say it out loud "buy the RSI dip when price is holding the 200-day" and it parses that into an explicit spec with entry, exit, and filter rules.

Every idea is validated with walk-forward testing on data the strategy hasn't seen, plus a race against randomly timed entries, so results are reported as a pass/fail verdict rather than a curve-fitted highlight reel. Strategies that survive can be scanned across a large universe of US stocks to surface every ticker where the setup triggered on the most recent daily close, and then combined into a correlation-aware portfolio ("the stack") with a single blended score and equity curve.

It also works in reverse: upload a broker CSV and EdgeStacker reconstructs your round trips, clusters them by behaviour, and proposes the systematic rule your winning trades already share — then tests that inferred setup like any other idea.
