What is enclose.horse?

Enclose.horse is a simple puzzle game about enclosing the maximum area with a limited number of walls.

I originally conceived this as an interesting Leetcode/Advent of Code optimization problem. But then, after playing around with it, it seemed interesting enough to develop into fully-fledged game.
