Before Eventleaf, our registration process was an online form, a separate payment link, a spreadsheet, and a lot of manual badge work. Eventleaf replaced all of it with one system for our nonprofit association, and the difference on event day is significant: check-in is fast, badges are printed and sorted ahead of time, and attendance records are accurate enough that we rely on them for continuing education documentation. Compared to the large enterprise event platforms we looked at, it is dramatically more affordable and offers nonprofit pricing, while still covering registration, payments, badges, check-in, a mobile app, and email campaigns. Two years, two annual conferences (161 registrations at the most recent one), and several regional workshops later, we see no reason to switch.
Very user-friendly, professional platform. We used it for a consumer event, and we were capable to set up a great-looking landing page. It was a great experience with Eventleaf.
I can’t imagine managing an event without using the Eventleaf platform. It rivals the larger platform companies, offering the same services at a fraction of the cost. Plan packages offered to meet all budgets.
