An app for youth soccer coaches who want every child to play. Add your squad, start the match, follow the plan. FairSub builds the rotation and tells you who to sub and when, so you can keep your eyes on the pitch, not your phone. We count minutes, not goals.

Other substitution apps generate a fixed schedule before the match. FairSub recalculates in real time: when you skip a substitution, when a player gets injured, when the match doesn't go to plan. The result is that the final whistle leaves every player closer to the same number of minutes, even when things don't go as scheduled.

FairSub also tracks fairness across the season, not just within a single match. So the same players don't keep getting called up while others sit out week after week.
