You photograph a defect, mark it up on the photo, and speak a note - the app writes the title, description and assignee from what you said. Each issue keeps its photos, markup, status and owner in one project. When you're done, you export a report with a cover page carrying your logo and signature, choose from ten layouts and three paper sizes, and send it.
Built for people who write the report themselves: independent snagging inspectors, home inspectors, small contractors, site supervisors. Everything stays on the device, with no account and no sign-up, and it works with no signal. Voice input runs on-device where the OS supports it and falls back to a cloud model otherwise. Available in English, German, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese, both in the app and on the PDF.
What it does not do: iPhone only, with no iPad, Android or web version. No Excel or CSV export; PDF is the only output. No real-time sharing, so the report goes out as a document and subcontractors cannot open a live list. No per-issue location field and no trade categories yet, and no priority levels - you order issues by dragging instead. No team accounts or multi-user projects; this is a single-person tool.
