Excellent, Solved the issue in minutes what hours of work could not achieve.
Any Android phone can sync to Gmail. This software will sync Gmail contacts with PC Outlook profile. Believe me, this looks simple, near impossible in any other way, unless you pay.

Thanks to the original developers for GO Contact Sync Mod. I use it for Outlook-to-Google contact syncing and now maintain an unofficial fork, GO Contact Sync Mod JKFix. Version 4.3.0-jkfix.8 preserves Google favorites during Outlook-to-Google updates, detects edits made immediately after syncing, improves error reporting, and adds several interface improvements. Source code, release notes, and downloads: https://github.com/jaywking/go-contact-sync-mod-jkfix/releases This is a separate community fork. These changes focus primarily on Outlook-to-Google contacts; they do not resolve every calendar or two-way sync issue.

Had this installed on my computer for only one week and I am totally impressed with the program, its ease of operation and various helpful features and best yet it syncs with my Samsung galaxy cellular automatically. GREAT JOB IN CREATING IT !

Works well, very occasional errors resolved by restarting. Certainly as good as the paid for alternatives and lets me keep my two outlook accounts synchronised via gmail which then of course synchronises my Android mobile.
