What is Grengin?

Grengin is an open-source (Apache 2.0) AI workspace that lets teams chat with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, Amazon Bedrock, and other models from one branded interface, without handing data control to a vendor. Admins get SSO/SAML/OIDC, per-department budgets, PII detection and redaction, role-based permissions, and audit logs that export to a SIEM — the full governance stack on every plan, nothing locked behind a paywall.

It runs anywhere: self-hosted for free from source or a one-click AWS Marketplace image with your own API keys, or fully managed on Grengin Cloud, free for up to 10 users and $1.25 per active user/month after that, with no markup on your model bill either way. Same codebase, same data schema across all paths, so exporting and switching later takes one click.
