What is MrGripper?

Grip Strength: MrGripper is a purpose-built grip-training app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro — not a generic gym log with "grip" bolted on.

Track every gripper close, dead hang, pinch block, and carry with fast per-hand logging, then watch a left–right symmetry score reveal the imbalances most trackers miss. Run a dynamometer grip test for the left hand, right hand, or both, start the built-in timer for static holds and dead hangs, and let personal records update automatically by exercise, equipment, load, and hand.

The difference: MrGripper is hardware-free. No smart squeeze ball, no Bluetooth gadget, no device lock-in. It works with the grippers, hangboards, rings, bands, and pinch tools you already own — so you spend on training, not on a proprietary sensor.

Everything logs offline, and the App Store privacy label is "Data Not Linked to You."

It's built for grip-sport and heavy-gripper athletes, climbers and boulderers, calisthenics athletes, strength lifters, martial artists, and anyone in rehab watching hand symmetry return.

Free to download, with a genuinely useful free tier: unlimited workouts and custom exercises, up to five pieces of equipment, full per-hand tracking, dynamometer tests, weekly insights, a 30-day history, and one workout program. Optional MrGripper Pro ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) adds per-equipment and per-load PRs, equipment photos, 90-day insights with full history, unlimited programs, and CSV export.
