Homeschoolio is a homeschool record keeper for iPhone and iPad. Log a day in a tap, and the app counts the days and hours your state requires and turns those logs into the documents it asks for.

Free, with no limits and no trial clock: daily logging, recurring routines, and a week planner where checking a day off logs it. Attendance and hours counted against your state requirement, with deadline reminders. Course grades and GPA in the app, a reading log, standardized test scores, and work-sample photos. Premium adds the paperwork a reviewer sees: the records review packet, which is the whole year as one reviewer-ready PDF for any state, plus the Pennsylvania affidavit and portfolio, New York IHIP and quarterly reports, the Massachusetts education plan, the Rhode Island approval request, printable report cards, and high-school transcript PDFs with weighted GPA and credits. It also adds Family Sync, which shares one record across your devices through your own iCloud. Premium is $44.99 a year with a 14-day free trial, which works out to $3.75 a month, or $7.99 a month with no commitment.

Records stay on the device. Everything works offline and there is no account to create.
