What is iChooseTo?

iChooseTo for Android (with 3 core functionalities):

  • Shows a screen BEFORE you open an potentially time-wasting app. You can customize both text and the duration of this screen!
  • Show the same screen after some time passed (re-iCT)
  • Show this screen when you unlock your phone. Additionally the screen will display how many times you unlocked your phone! iCT for Android makes unconscious time-wasting (nearly) impossible whilst still allowing you to use apps for as long as you want, if you need them!

iChooseTo for Windows (with 2 core functionalities):

  • Sessions: Each time you open your computer you will be asked to enter your intention and a time after which you will get reminded of it (also you can define pauses and block your internet if you don't need it for your intention!)
  • Breaks: Take breaks (by pressing hotkeys) which will lock you out of your computer for the chosen amount of time!
