I have an amazing experience with them for over 3 years. I have vps hosting with its own external firewall rules that is a big plus. Trying to simplify the complex experience for hosting. Very redundant and transparent. Helpful in the costumer support when it is needed. Capable for having a all-in-one experience.

They are really great, they have been my go to cloud provider for most of my use cases. Their support is super responsive and very kind, everything is in Switzerland. I often recommend their services to my friends, they are a great alternative to GAFAM
One drawback for me is that Switzerland is actively trying to control digital spaces, and Infomaniak is not opposing this strongly enough. Personally, I find this a bit akward (for example, Proton threatened to leave Switzerland and Infomaniak simply wrote a blog post about it ^^)
