InviziPoll is anonymous employee polling built so individual answers can never be read - not by admins, not by InviziPoll. Responses are encrypted end-to-end in the respondent's browser; the service stores ciphertext only and reports aggregate results with anti-inference thresholds. There's no respondent telemetry to deanonymize anyone. Encryption uses a post-quantum scheme (X-Wing KEM + ML-DSA-65), so data captured today stays protected against future quantum attacks. Teams use it for pulse surveys, eNPS, ethics and DEI checkpoints, leadership Q&A, and exit feedback -anywhere honest input depends on people trusting that anonymity is real.
