Inwista is an AI transcription and video platform. It covers two jobs that usually need two different tools.
The first is pure transcription. Upload a recording — a podcast, an interview, a meeting, a lecture or a dictation — and Inwista returns an accurate, speaker-labeled transcript in about ten minutes per hour of audio, in more than 70 languages. Read and correct it in a clean text view, keep names and terminology consistent with custom glossaries, and export it as TXT, DOCX, PDF, HTML or CSV. AI turns the same transcript into summaries, chapters, highlights and Q&As, so a recording becomes usable notes without anyone opening a video editor.
The second is video. Start from a file, a link, your cloud storage or a blank canvas and edit on a real timeline: cut, layer, arrange and style. Subtitles are part of the same project rather than a separate step — broadcast-grade formatting in one click, captions styled to match your brand, and translation into more than 70 languages. The editor is text-based, so deleting a line of transcript removes the matching footage automatically. Anything the project is missing can be generated in place: images, video, music and voiceover.
Export subtitles as SRT, VTT, TTML, TXT or HTML, or render video with captions burned in at up to 4K. Publish captions straight to YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Bunny Stream and Cloudflare Stream, deliver files to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage, get notified in Slack, and automate handoffs with webhooks.
