So much better designed, no question there! In addition, Jira has an immense feature set, the other alternative suggested here just don't cut it. Ora also doesn't have all the Jira features but for my team, it had most of the features in Jira we love and use.
Ora has a powerful feature set but somehow all the feature does not get in the way like in Jira, I did not use half the things in Jira anyways so I'm very happy I switched to Ora :)
