Kidtime

Kidtime is a co-parenting app for separated or divorced parents. Both parents share one custody calendar built from schedule templates such as 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5, alternating weeks and every other weekend. Every exchange, swap and overnight is recorded on the day it happens, with running totals of parenting time.

Messaging stays inside the app, timestamped and unedited, and an AI tone scan checks a message before it sends and suggests calmer wording. Calls made in the app carry timestamped transcripts. Shared child expenses are logged, split and settled in the app.

The record of messages, calls, exchanges and expenses can be exported as a PDF or an editable Word file. Attorneys, mediators, counselors and co-parenting coaches can create a free professional account and, when a client invites them with a single-use code, see the client's calendar, messages, call transcripts and expenses in a view-only dashboard.

Kidtime also includes a parenting plan builder in which an AI assistant interviews the parent and drafts the plan section by section, with state-specific provisions for ten US states.

The free tier has no expiry and includes the shared calendar for the current month, the schedule templates, messaging and expense tracking. Premium is a yearly subscription that only one parent needs to hold, and adds the full calendar, notes, the tone scan, call transcripts, expense analytics and the record exports.
