Kilnfox is a web-based management platform for pottery and ceramic studios. It brings the whole studio together — class and workshop bookings, memberships, and piece tracking through firing — so owners spend less time on admin and more time making.

Set up your classes and workshops, open them for booking, and let students reserve and pay for a spot online. Manage your schedule, take check-ins at the door, and offer memberships with their own member portal — all in one place.

It also tracks pieces through firing: print a QR code and hang it in the workshop, and visitors scan it to register their piece and follow it through drying, glazing, and firing. Every status change sends an automatic email, and when a piece is ready, visitors book a pickup time themselves.
