What is KnipsGlück?

KnipsGlück is an online wedding album that lets guests share their photos without installing an app or creating an account. Guests scan a QR code (printed on table cards, invitations, or shown on a projector), enter their name, and upload photos straight from their phone's browser. All photos land automatically in a shared gallery that can be viewed as a lightbox or live slideshow.

Beyond photo collection, KnipsGlück includes guest list management with RSVP and a seating plan, all in one platform. Additional features include photo moderation before guests see them, short video uploads (up to 30 seconds), optional PIN protection, photo challenges, comments and likes, multiple QR code designs and gallery themes, printable signs and table cards, and ZIP download of all photos at any time.

The Free plan allows up to 30 photos with no payment details required. The Premium plan is a one-time payment of €39.99 (no subscription) for unlimited photos in full resolution, 12 months of album availability, and all premium features. The service is GDPR-compliant and hosted on servers in Germany with SSL encryption and no tracking. While built for weddings, it also works well for birthdays, corporate events, graduations, and other group gatherings.
