What is LUFScale?

LUFScale is a free and open-source desktop application for macOS and Windows that measures and normalizes the perceived loudness of audio files.

It supports MP3, FLAC, WAV, AIFF, M4A, OGG and Opus. Users can analyze files without modifying them, normalize audio to a chosen LUFS target with True Peak control, or write ReplayGain metadata for compatible players.

LUFScale provides before-and-after comparison, optional output quality control, CSV reports and interrupted-job recovery. Source files are never moved or modified.
