What is Maison?

Maison is a dashboard-only reimagining of CasaOS. It ships as a single Docker container running a Go binary with an embedded Svelte 5 UI, connecting to the host Docker engine via a bind-mounted socket. There is no database, no file manager, and no login screen.

Maison focuses on what CasaOS does best — the app grid and the app store — and strips away everything else. It is not a fork and shares no runtime code with CasaOS, but it maintains full compatibility with the CasaOS App Store format.
