The reminders survive a phone restart and wait gently until you confirm, so a missed pill is the one thing this app is built to prevent. You can confirm straight from the notification, the Home Screen widget, or the Apple Watch.

It adapts to your rhythm: classic 21 plus 7 packs, continuous packs, or a custom schedule. A soft history calendar shows your past days and the exact time each pill was taken.
