What is MedSeg?

Online tool for AI-enhanced medical image segmentation of radiological images (CT and MRI). Works with DICOM and NIfTI using Chrome.

The intended workflow is:

  1. Open website
  2. Drag data into web-browser (Chrome)
  3. Use varied degree of automated segmentation tools
  4. Do corrections
  5. Download resulting segmentation

Features:

  1. Basic viewing of volumetric CT and MRI (windowing, pan, zoom etc.)
  2. Threshold-based segmentation
  3. Interactive AI-based segmentation (“DeepGrow”)
  4. Fully automated 2D AI-based segmentation
  5. Volume measurement
