What is Modraly?

Modraly is a drink tracker for people who drink, not for people who've quit.

It counts units, spend and calories, and shows your day, week and month next to the official weekly guideline for your country. It uses each country's own measure: UK units, French verres standards, and US, Canadian and Australian standard drinks, each with its own grams of alcohol.

Nothing resets. There are no streaks, badges or sober-day counters, and no programme or coach. A three-drink Friday is a number in your week, not a broken run.

• Log a drink in two taps, or from a Home Screen widget • Favourites for the drinks you usually have • Day, week, month and calendar views • Weekly guideline for the UK, France, the US, Canada and Australia • Optional morning reminder, off by default • Writes to Apple Health, never reads from it • App Clip: try it without installing • iPhone and iPad • No account, no Modraly server. Your log stays on your device

Free: unlimited logging, 15 days of history, 3 favourites. Premium: unlimited history and favourites, widgets, custom date ranges, CSV export, custom app icons. Annual plan has a 7-day free trial.

Modraly is not a recovery app and does not estimate blood alcohol. If you want support to stop drinking, the NHS, Alcool Info Service or NIAAA are better places to start.
