We use Next.js for the admin and client dashboards on our Lorestan University AI assistant project. App Router's server components cut a lot of the client-side JS we used to ship, and the built-in image/font optimization is genuinely free performance. Biggest gripe is the caching behavior between versions - it changed enough between 13 and 14 that we had to re-read the docs to stop stale data showing up after mutations.
