I like that it makes Confluence and Google Drive instantly searchable from Slack, so there's no switching cost to moving existing knowledge. You can also enhance your existing knowledge base by using their own FAQ format for smaller snippet sized bits of knowledge. Obie also suggests answers to questions asked right in Slack - it's scary accurate and works like magic!
