What is OpenLivery?

OpenLivery is an MIT-licensed platform for agencies to deploy and manage AI agents across multiple client accounts. One self-hosted installation provides separate client workspaces, knowledge bases, conversations and branded client portals.

It supports WhatsApp Cloud API, a QR-based WhatsApp bridge, a web chat widget, a shared inbox and human handoff. Agents can use OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible providers, per-agent HTTP tools and MCP servers.

The repository includes the frontend, backend, database migrations and Docker Compose deployment configuration, with documentation in English and Spanish. Users operate their own infrastructure and configure external AI and messaging providers.
