We often work with PST files at our company, since we use a separate file to store correspondence for each client. This means we have to combine e-mails into PST files (for new clients) and add to PST files as new messages come in (for existing clients). Outlook Import Wizard really helps us to solve these issues. The program truly works quickly and error-free, even with large amounts of data (no advertising here, this based on my own experience). OIW has a built-in EML converter for converting e-mails into RTF documents which can be used in Word (very convenient for working with formatted messages). Incidentally, the same developer has come out with a new program (Outlook Export Wizard) for extracting e-mails from PST files to various formats, and which we also plan on using.
