Brilliant. This "just works" in the truest sense. Compared to Moonlight, which always has and will be broken because the dev is an arrogant moron who spends more time arguing with users than fixing problems, this is like something handed down by god. Best performance, easiest setup, most reliable. Use Parsec and ignore ML & SL.

This is no longer true. MacOS hosting is available and works great!
Works great if you're on Windows, but it doesn't support Linux unfortunately. They should put a disclaimer that it doesn't support hosting yet
Great Platform to play games together with remote friends. Requires sign-up. Game hosting is NOT supported on Linux, albeit you can still join other people's games.
Easily the fastest, best remote desktop sharing app I've used to date. Unfortunately there is currently no way to host from Linux, and the app requires IPv6 enabled, which can be a problem for use with some VPNs, but otherwise an outstanding utility.
Every update for this app in the past 3 years has only devolved this app. first they remove parties to replace it with arcades which only support like 15 apps, 90% of which ALREADY had online functionality, and now when april 15th comes they're just going to revert back to the fucking stone age and force people to use pc sharing without even thinking of bringing back parties forcing you to use link sharing.
I recommend at this point using remote play whatever, which is a steam mod that allows any app ran with the steam overlay to remote play, its still just about the same thing as pc sharing since you still either have to share with your friends list or link share but Im recommending it because of parsec's "fuck you, we dont care if its objectively worse in everyway, we're doing it anyways" approach to updates.
This is coming from somebody whose used this program for probably around 6 years at this point by the way.
