What is Pinchy?

Pinchy is a self-hosted, open-source (AGPL-3.0) AI agent platform for teams. Users chat with agents through a web UI or Telegram; admins control exactly which tools each agent may use (allow-list permissions) and who can access which agent (roles and groups). Every agent action is recorded in a cryptographically signed audit trail. Works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and local models via Ollama (offline-capable), integrates with Odoo, Gmail and web search, deploys with Docker Compose. Built on OpenClaw.
