    Refreshing design with a lot of great AI features that we actually use such as sharing/emailing information directly to Plannie which has made it so much easier for all admin work concerning the family!

    Fast response from the developers and I like that they have an open page to suggest features and see their roadmap :)

What is Plannie?

Plannie brings a family's everyday logistics into one shared place: a colour-coded calendar with two-way Google and Outlook sync (plus Apple calendar feeds), chores and habits with a ticket-and-reward system per child, shared shopping lists, and a weekly meal planner that turns recipes into one grocery list.

It runs in the browser on any device - no proprietary hardware. Wall-display (kiosk) mode turns any spare tablet into a family wall calendar: always-on screen, family screensaver, and a household PIN so kids can tick off their routines without changing settings.

The Plannie Assistant reads the paperwork families actually get - a photo of a school flyer, a forwarded email, a PDF schedule - and puts the dates on the calendar. For technical households, Plannie also has an open REST API and a hosted MCP server, so AI agents (Claude, Cursor, etc.) can manage the family calendar with every change attributed by name in the activity feed.

The free plan has no ads and includes calendar sync, lists and starter meal planning. Plannie Premium ($2.49/week or $99/year) adds unlimited members and devices, the Plannie Assistant, habits & rewards, and wall-display mode. Premium + MCP ($4.99/week or $159/year) adds the API and MCP server.
