Plumeform

Plumeform is a survey tool for people who need honest answers from real people — researchers, UX teams, founders and anyone running a study rather than collecting form fills.

The free plan is a plan, not a trial: 100 responses every month, unlimited surveys, 19 question types, skip logic and CSV export, with no card and nothing that expires. Respondents never need an account; they open a link on any device and are done in minutes.

Pro adds the research pack — informed consent screens, attention checks, per-question timers, randomisation, screening with screen-outs, and quotas — plus 10,000 responses a month, multi-language surveys, an API and webhooks, scheduled exports and Google Sheets sync.

What makes it different from a general form builder:

• Built for panels. The Prolific and CloudResearch Connect loops are handled end to end: participant IDs, completion codes, screen-outs, and one response per participant. • Publishing snapshots the survey, so you can keep editing mid-study without disturbing answers that have already been collected. • Results are live — charts, cross-tabs and exports the moment an answer lands, with quality flags on the responses worth a second look. • It writes a methods appendix from the study as it actually ran: fielding dates, design, response, quality checks, exclusions and weighting. Paste it into a paper or a report. • Seven page templates and twenty ready-made surveys, including screeners with attention checks and NPS. • AI that drafts a survey from a description, reviews your wording for leading and double-barrelled questions, and translates a survey into another language.

Data is stored in AWS us-east-2. The researcher is the data controller and Plumeform is the processor; a signed DPA is available on request and the full subprocessor list is public at plumeform.com/security.
