Podcastor AI is a complete podcast production platform designed for creators who have the content but lack the production infrastructure. The platform removes three traditional barriers to podcast creation: no studio required, no camera required, and no co-producer required.

The workflow guides users from source material to published episode in five steps: upload research or documents, generate and edit a structured script, create AI-narrated audio, produce video content with fully customizable visual formats, and publish directly to podcast platforms and YouTube.

Every stage of production is customizable. Scripts can be structured for solo narration or two-host conversation formats and edited before audio generation. Voice output is customizable through ElevenLabs and MiniMax AI voice libraries — creators select the voice that matches their show's tone, or use voice cloning to maintain a consistent vocal identity across every episode.

For video production, creators design their own visual identity from the ground up: choose or generate a background, select a waveform style, set subtitle fonts and positioning, upload brand imagery, and customize title text — all with a live canvas preview before export. AI avatars can be designed as on-screen hosts, with custom backgrounds ranging from branded visuals to atmospheric imagery. Video format is also customizable per platform, with aspect ratio options for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other distribution channels from a single production run.
