What is PomoFit?

As a freelance software developer, I’ve always struggled with staying active. I can go to the gym or go for a run, but the real issue was sitting at my desk for most of the day. After too many days and weeks in a row of that, I started to feel sluggish and lose focus.

Pomodoro worked for me in the past, but I felt it was missing something: a clear goal for the short breaks. Without a plan, I’d just jump on social media or watch a YouTube video. That 5-minute break always had a habit of scaling up, if you know what I mean. :P

So, I built PomoFit. It gives me a specific exercises for those short breaks so I actually get up and move instead of scrolling. It’s exactly what I needed to stay healthy while coding, and I hope it’s useful for you too!
