It can do everything without bloat or adware. No sketchy downloads for anything. Childproof.
It can check modrinth and forge for newer versions of mods, shaderpacks, data packs, and resource packs. Polymc only allows mod updates and kicked out developers, who then made this fork, for being queer.
I like Prism Launcher because it is simple to use.
Has the features I want, is open source, fast, multi-OS. No nonsense
Allowed me to finally play Minecraft on Linux. Has so many features and is very useful for switching between versions.
