It's an open-source extension from a reputable non-profit. It does not only block tracking cookies, but also blocks some elements from loading automatically. This doesn't replace an ad blocker, but it may provide an extra layer of security.
Good addition to uBlock origin
Tracking protection that also converts embedded media to placeholders, and adds GPC support to browsers that don't have it built in.
(It used to detect new trackers automatically, but had to stop when someone figured out how to track that.)
A lot of the trackers blocked by this are already blocked by ublock origin. However I noticed if I turn off ublock to support a free movie/show, some ads still get blocked and I don't have to deal with as many. So I am very thankful for that.
Very good but redondant with uBlock Origin and offer fewer settings, to choose between the two.
Great add-on to protect your privacy while surfing the web. Privacy Badger starts blocking once it sees the same tracker on three different websites, Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook, Google and Twitter,
This is much better than an ad blocker, you can block trackers manually.
