PSVTracker is portfolio tracking software for investors whose money is spread across public markets and private deals.
Most personal finance apps stop at brokerage and bank accounts. PSVTracker is built for the rest of the portfolio: real estate syndications, private equity and venture funds, direct property, crypto, precious metals, homes, vehicles, cash and liabilities, tracked next to connected brokerage accounts.
What it does:
- Calculates XIRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, cash-on-cash, equity multiple, CAGR, cost basis and market value automatically, per investment and across the whole portfolio.
- Compares expected vs. actual performance, so you can see which deals are tracking to the sponsor's projections.
- Tracks every capital event: contributions, distributions, return of capital, return on capital and reinvestments.
- Handles complex ownership: nested entities and portfolios, partial ownership percentages that flow through to value and returns, and committed vs. paid-in capital with an uncalled-capital view.
- Marks K-1s received or pending and investments active or closed.
- Groups holdings by asset class, sponsor or entity to show concentration.
- Connects bank and brokerage accounts through Plaid, and imports unlimited CSV and Excel files.
- Ask PSVT answers questions about your own portfolio.
- Read-only sharing with a CPA, spouse or advisor.
Security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS. The only personal information PSVTracker asks for is an email address, and it is stored separately from financial data. Bank connections run through Plaid, so login credentials are never visible to PSVTracker.
PSVTracker is not an investor portal for sponsors, and it does not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
