One of my favorite compilers. Very efficient and reliable. The demo version can be used for free to develop small apps.
Small footprint native application target.
Only old version (4.0) of PureBasic is provided as free. File is compressed in rarely used format (lzx). It seem that it isn't really free.
The program is not free, but there is a free demo available. A single user license costs € 79, which is a fair price, as you can download the versions for all supported platforms (Amiga, Linux, Windows and MacOS X). And, once paid, all future upgrades are free.
