Simple to use, No bloat let's goooooooo
Instagiffer has dependencies on Python 2.7, which can be broken by Windows Update. QGifer on the other hand is already portable, and had no problems creating a 1920 x 1080 GIF at 30fps (and higher) of a 3 hour concert. I'm not exaggerating, those are the specs I tested QGifer on. I'm very impressed, and it renders GIFs multiple times faster than the competition.
