Fast, easy and looks like people put some effort into UI.

I've been using this app for a few months now and it's become one of my favourite tools. I love that it can record meetings without me joining as a bot, so I don't have to worry about privacy or disruptions. The transcription quality is excellent; I rarely need to edit anything in the transcript. It just sits quietly in my system menu and reminds me when I start a meeting to hit record, so I never miss anything.

Finally, a transcription app that actually does summaries offline.
I've been using QuickWhisper for about three months now and it's become essential for my workflow. The fact that everything runs locally on my Mac is huge - no subscription fees, no internet required, and my meeting recordings stay private.
