What is Quote and Sign?

Quote and Sign is proposal and quote software for freelancers, studios and small agencies. Write the proposal once, send a link instead of a PDF, and the client toggles optional items, changes quantities within limits you set, watches the total update, types their name and taps Accept. It works on a phone.

Both sides get the signed PDF by email plus a record page with a SHA-256 fingerprint of exactly what was accepted, the time and the consent text. Business accounts can countersign and get signed webhooks for CRM automation through Zapier, Make or n8n.

Pricing is flat per account, not per user, with no per-document fees: Free for three live proposals, Pro for unlimited, Business with ten seats. Every account starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no card needed.

The code is open source under the AGPL-3.0 and runs on a free Cloudflare account, so you can host your own copy.
