I used to rely on Craigslist during my previous renting experience. It is really cool that new services appear. Rentberry is one of them. As far as I understand, they strive to automate each stage of a rental process. Now things like background check or signing lease can be done online. What I like the most is that I no longer need to send paper checks or meet my landlord every single month. Rentberry has this cool feature, so all the payments can be done online. By saying all the payments, I mean even pet and security deposits. They use ACH for payments, so I’m sure it is secure.
It’s easy in use. They have an article, which tells landlords how to list rental property with their platform. It helped me to post my vacancy very fast. What I like the most that I didn’t need to search additional service for running background checks and credit report as they do tenant screening with the help of Experian service. My listing was syndicated to other sites, as a result more tenants were attracted. I have no problems with property editing as well as with its deletion. After I rented out the apartment I removed the property from the website in just a few clicks. I sign the contract with my current tenant via this platform and I'm very satisfied with this feature.
