RepairMyVideo repairs video files that won't play because the recording was cut short — a camera that lost power, a card pulled early, a Game Bar or OBS capture that crashed, a dashcam or drone clip that a recovery tool brought back in a broken state. The video and audio are usually still in the file; what's missing is the container index (the "moov atom") that tells players how to read it. The engine rebuilds that index around the original streams without re-encoding or "AI enhancing" anything.

Two things set it apart. Every result has to pass an automated playability gate — the output must actually decode, start to finish — and when a file holds no recoverable video (an all-zero recovery dump, an encrypted stream) it says so instead of handing back a file that dies two seconds in. And a healthy clip from the same camera can optionally be uploaded as a reference; once a camera model has been seen, later users of the same model usually need no reference at all.
