This is not social listening with an AI feature bolted on, and not a tool that only measures what ChatGPT says about you. Reptor follows the whole chain: the articles, ratings, conversations and broadcasts a reputation is made of, the search results where they come together, and the answers language models assemble out of them.
On the search side it goes past rankings alone. The autocomplete suggestions and the People Also Ask questions show what people want to know about a brand, and the AI summary above the results is recorded with them. The language models are queried continuously across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Copilot, and both the answers and the sources they cite are stored. That citation record is the measurement side of AEO and GEO: it shows which kinds of sites a model draws on, so it becomes clear where visibility comes from and where work on it pays off.
Social monitoring covers thirteen platforms, each with its own connector, among them X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Threads, Snapchat, Telegram, Bluesky and Wikipedia. Items are deduplicated on the platform's own post id rather than on their wording, so one post that arrives through several routes stays one post. Images get a written description of what is in the frame, including the text printed on it, and the spoken audio in video posts is transcribed and added before the item is judged.
The same transcription runs on broadcast. Radio is captured continuously and split on speech detection, television is read from the subtitle track inside the live stream with a timecode on every match, and podcasts are transcribed from their feeds with a deep link to the second a name is mentioned.
Underneath it all sit AI agents rather than a rules engine. They collect the mentions, sort them by channel, weigh sentiment and relevance, rank what needs attention and summarise what is going on, and an alert goes out the moment something moves. Each organisation gets a knowledge profile that keeps growing, covering the people connected to it, the related entities and the outlets that write about it more often, so the judgements sharpen the longer the system watches and coverage gets caught even where the name is never spelled out.
Reptor is built in Amsterdam and keeps its data on European servers, with European AI processing available on request. Plans start at 129 euro per month and include a seven day trial. It also runs white-label for communications and PR agencies.
