RevelRaw is a native macOS editor for RAW photographs from Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Olympus and other major camera brands, 24 RAW formats in total, plus DNG.
When you open a photo, AI scene detection classifies it and ranks the built-in presets so the most fitting looks appear first. The library covers 40+ presets across 15 categories, from film emulation and fine art black & white to street, night and cinematic looks. From there you refine with the usual controls: exposure, tone curve, HSL, split toning, sharpening, clarity, AI denoise at full resolution, grain and vignette, with before/after comparison in slider or side-by-side view and full undo for every step.
A crop tool offers six composition overlays, including rule of thirds and golden ratio. Export presets target Instagram, Flickr, Adobe Stock, print and web, with JPEG, PNG, TIFF (8/16-bit) and HEIF output in sRGB, Display P3 or Adobe RGB. You can embed author, copyright, Creative Commons license, captions, keywords and GPS metadata on export.
Everything runs on your Mac: no cloud processing, no account, no telemetry. RevelRaw finishes individual photographs; it does not include catalog or library management. The free version includes one full-quality export; RevelRaw Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Requires macOS 26 or later.
