What is Rhymeable?

Rhymeable is practice equipment for freestyle rap. You pick a beat and rhyming words arrive on a grid a beat before you need them, so instead of reading off a list you are handed the next word while you are still finishing the last one. A laser sweeps the bar so you always know where you are in the count.

Three modes: Rhyme Mode, where words arrive on the beat and you fill the bars; Challenge, where words rain down and speed up until you drop it; and 1v1 Battle, where two people share one phone and random topics land mid-verse.

The library holds 102 studio beats across trap, boom bap, drill, lo-fi and R&B, every one tagged with its BPM. You can also import any MP3 from your phone and the app reads the tempo straight out of the file, with no waiting and no microphone permission.

The rhyme library comes in English, Turkish and Russian, and it switches independently of the interface language, so you can read the menus in one language and practise rhymes in another.

Practice is configurable: bar schemes from 4 to 64, rhyme patterns (AABB, ABAB, AAAA or free flow), adjustable word visibility for testing recall, custom tempo and half-time. Sessions can be recorded and played back. It tracks a daily streak, total bars, time practised, ranks and badges.

Free, with an optional Pro tier that unlocks the full beat library and removes ads.

There are also two free browser tools that need no download or account: a BPM finder that reads tempo from a local audio file without uploading it, and a rhyme scheme analyzer that labels a verse's scheme and finds multisyllabic rhymes across word boundaries.
