Surprisingly good search results for such a small independent web-crawled index or at least they claim to be "from the ground up". The search is very speedy due to being lightweight. There is a dark mode that was recently added it seems. While the site claims to not store logs of user searches it should be kept in mind, even if this were an honest statement, it is New York based so be mindful of what info you input. You get best results when searching using keywords like earlier search engines functioned.

Edit: unfortunately it has been down for months since end of 2025 for some unknown reason. The site is up but not functional.
